Another part of our lab-life is over. After 2 years, we finally finished all field work related to BABE project in Papua New Guinea.
Kore set and collected third and fourth survey of the BABE (Bird, ant, bat exclosure project) project, then quickly finished his HEBR_CRANE project (focusing on herbivory along vertical gradient from the crane) and and finally collected and reset the DENDRO project (growth of trees monitored by dendrometers along elevational gradient). Somehow in between, he also managed to travel to herbarium to finish some identification from his Master thesis.
Kore did really huge amount of work, both in the field, at the herbarium in Lae, and at the station. Thank you very much for great work and see you in Czech in few days.

For now, we have on site Elise Sivault who keeps working on bats with assistance of Bonny Koane and Samuel Jeppy.
